MAWTraining Solutions Ltd was born in October 2018, created by Marc Sullivan-Wood who has worked in the Health & Social Care field since 1991. Marc was a registered manager form 1996 until 2017 when he decided to go back in the field and do hands on care (which he still does today) this is important to him. Marc has worked in a range of services Learning Disabilities, Behavioural units, Mental Health, Forensic Mental Health, Older Persons, End of Life, Dementia and Domiciliary.

With Marc’s knowledge and understanding of the Care Sector he feels it’s important to train staff to the highest possible standards. Marc believes good care starts in the classroom, MAWTraining are aware that local authorities want “Better for Less” and almost all care companies have gone to ELearning as it is cheaper. We feel that ELearning has reduced the standard of care as it only targets a few learners and does not create positive or support learning for your employees.
