First Aid at Work

The cost of this course ranges from  £800.00 to  £1250.00 Inclusive of VAT, when run at your venue. This is for a group of up to 12 delegates and includes either a certificate of Attendance or RQF level 3 certification and a manual 

(printed or eBook’s).

Ofqual approved course. All successful delegates will be issued an RQF Level 3 First Aid at Work (FAW) certificate lasting for 3 years. 

This course is suitable for those who need to be First Aiders in the Workplace in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.

 This course can be adapted to suit a particular audience, for example, clerical or engineering staff.  

Course Duration:- 

3 Days or 18 learning hours. Please book 3 dates.

• Examination of a Casualty, Primary & Secondary Surveys. 
• Unresponsive Casualties 
• Control of Bleeding, including catastrophic bleeds (tourniquets) 
• Fractures

• Common Illnesses 
• Heart Attacks Eye 
• Injuries Dressings 
• Recording and Reporting Regulations 
• First Aid Kits  

Certification:- 

Upon successful completion of the qualification assessment, you will receive either a Certificate of Attendance or Ofqual Approved Certification FAA RQF level 3 is dependent on successful completion of theory exam and continuous assessment of the delegates. Those students who complete the course and are deemed to have reached the required standard are issued with a certificate that is valid for three years. 

Under the current guidelines it is strongly recommended that first aid trained staff attend a half-day update every twelve months.  

FAA Level 3 Award or FAA Level 6 Scotland Award

The cost of this course ranges from  £650.00 to  £950.00 Inclusive of VAT, when run at your venue. This is for a group of up to 12 delegates and includes either a certificate of Attendance or RQF level 3 certification and a manual 

(printed or eBook’s).

Ofqual approved course. First Aid at Work refresher course for those who are currently qualified as a First Aider (FAW) and wish to continue as an approved First Aider for another 3 years.
