Highfield Level 2 Award in Conflict Management (RQF)

  The cost of this course ranges from  £1150.00 to  £1500.00 Inclusive of VAT, when run at your venue. This is for a group of up to 12 delegates and includes either a certificate of Attendance or Highfield level 2 (RQF) certification and a manual 

(printed or eBook’s).

Mileage may apply after the first 40 miles from ME5 7AR.

It is applicable to a wide range of sectors, and can be taken by anyone requiring a better understanding of how to prevent conflict from arising, or would like to feel more confident in being able to deal with challenging situation

• Human response in conflict situations
• Assessing and reducing the risks in conflict situations
• De-escalating conflict in emotive situations
• Good practice following a conflict situation

Certification:-  

 Upon successful completion of the qualification assessment, you will receive either a Certificate of Attendance or a Highfield Level 2 Conflict Management (RQF) is dependent on successful completion of theory exam and continuous assessment of the delegates. Those students who complete the course and are deemed to have reached the required standard are issued with a certificate.  

 It is strongly recommended that the learner attends refresher training. The learner will need to complete the full course again to requalify for a further three years.
